How Mercedes-Benz of Chicago Celebrates Thanksgiving

December 4th, 2019 by

The Mercedes-Benz of Chicago team, along with their families and friends, began their Thanksgiving celebrations bright and early with their participation in the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade. Our participation in the parade is a long-running tradition that began over ten years ago and one our team looks forward to every year.

Our team brought out Mercedes-Benz vehicles, which were adorned with reindeer antlers and red noses, to drive special guests and pull floats.

A 2020 Mercedes-Benz Convertible was used as Miss Illinois and Miss Illinois Teen perch to greet the crowd. Another 2020 Mercedes-Benz Convertible was part of a celebrity sighting! Chris Sullivan, from “This is Us,” enjoyed the parade from the back of the convertible.

A 2020 GLS pulled the WGN 9 crew, who were reporting live on the parade, and another 2020 GLS assisted Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and the reindeer in flying over the homes of Chicago.

The Mercedes-Benz of Chicago team, along with their families and friends, greatly enjoyed spending the morning coming together with their community to celebrate the holidays. Come be part of the traditions by joining our team!
