Mark was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where he attended Miami University of Ohio before starting his career in the Automobile Industry. Mark began working for his first car dealership in 1995. He quickly became fascinated automobiles and his passion grew for German Engineered vehicles. He started working for Mercedes-Benz in Cleveland, Ohio in 2005. After 7 years of working in Cleveland, Mark made the move along with his family, to Chicago where he now is the General Manager of our 80,000sqft state-of-the-art showroom. Mark enjoys meeting new people and working with them to find the Mercedes-Benz of their dreams. Mark wants to go above and beyond any expectations the customer might have coming into our showroom and provide them with a world-class buying experience.

He started out at our Fletcher Jones Audi store and recently joined the mercedes-Benz of Chicago team. Guido Lima is new to the car business, he has been with Mercedes-Benz of Chicago since July of 2012. Before starting his career at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago Guido worked at an accounting firm in downtown Chicago and realized that he needed to be around people a lot more than what he was. He is a graduate from The University of Arizona, where he studied accounting and regional development. Guido is excited to jump into the Fletcher Jones family and become a great salesman.

Alex joined the Mercedes-Benz of Chicago team in April of 2012. He has had a lifelong passion with German engineered automobiles and is now excited to work for the greatest manufacturer in the world. After moving to Chicago from the Detroit area in September of 2009, Alex worked in luxury hotels and honed his natural customer service skills. This was a perfect transition to taking care of all his clients now with Mercedes-Benz as they all receive the VIP treatment from Alex and our staff. Alex takes great pleasure in making his customers smile and having them leave happy with their new Mercedes-Benz.

After attending the University of Michigan, he started his career as a service manager at an auto repair shop. After 2 years in auto repair, Dustin wanted to take his talent to the next level so when the opportunity arose in 2007, he transitioned into car sales. Since joining the sales team here at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago on October 28, 2010, Dustin has come to be known as the "Product Knowledge Specialist." Being a detail oriented individual, he spends the time necessary to go over vehicles with his clients to help them find the car that fits in their lives.
