Get Behind The Wheel

With the Mercedes-Benz iPod Integration Kit, when you are behind the wheel of your  vehicle, you are behind the wheel of your iPod as well[1].

Your iPod is so well integrated into the car, your vehicle's steering wheel controls give you the same controls as your click wheel on the iPod itself[2].

 Navigate through playlists and choose songs with just a move of your fingers. And while your iPod is stowed securely in your glove compartment, the vehicle's instrument panel display provides information about song, artist and playlist.[3]

Maximum Entertainment Options

Because Mercedes-Benz doesn't think you should have to limit your entertainment options, we offer the Automatic Audio Selector Switch (AASS) for use with the iPod Integration Kit. The AASS preserves the audio jack in the glove box so you can listen to your iPod or a secondary audio device - giving you and your passengers maximum entertainment opportunities.

And for vehicles with factory-installed Rear-Seat Entertainment Systems, the optional Automatic Audio Selector Switch gives you the flexibility of adding an iPod Integration Kit so you can expand your entertainment possibilities.

Ready, Dock, Go

Dock your iPod in the specialized port in your glove box and you're ready to go. It's that easy. Your iPod is stored out of sight and continually charges even as it's playing.

  

An optional black felt-lined cradle is also available to hold your iPod in place within the glove box to protect it from scratches and damage.

The iPod Interface Kit and the iPod cradle are compatible with the following models:
